Nací en Caracas, Venezuela, en 1975. Como a los 6 años nos mudamos a San Cristóbal, Táchira.

¿Gustos y aficiones?

Desde pequeño me ha gustado ver televisión y leer. Mi tipo de lectura favorita es usualmente ciencia ficción y fantasía.

Me fascina el cine. Mi tipo de programas y películas favoritos son, nuevamente, de ciencia ficción, fantasía, policiales. De mi papá obtuve el gusto por ver documentales de animales y de la naturaleza. Me encantan las comedias románticas y los musicales.

Me gusta la música, pero no tanto como el cine y la tv. Mientras más diversa la música, mejor.

Algo de background académico y laboral

Me gradué de ingeniero informático en a UNET en Táchira, Venezuela. Pero primero estudie ingeniería mecánica y me cambie a informática. Trabajo desde que estaba en la universidad como sysadmin. Y actualmente diseño software.

Python es mi herramienta de trabajo actualmente, pero solía trabajar en Perl.

Tastes and hobbies?

Since I was little I have liked to watch television and read. My favorite type of reading is usually science fiction and fantasy.

Cinema fascinates me. My favorite kinds of shows and movies are, again, sci-fi, fantasy, crime. From my dad I got a taste for watching animal and nature documentaries. I love the romantic comedies and musicals.

I like music, but not as much as movies and tv. the more the music is different, the better.

Some academic and work background

I graduated as a computer engineer at UNET in Táchira, Venezuela. But first I studied mechanical engineering and switched to computer science. I've been working since I was in college as a sysadmin. And currently I design software.

Python is my go-to tool these days, but I used to work on Perl.
